- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 dash of salt
- 6 ounces of chocolate chips

- Beat cream cheese, egg sugar and salt.
- Stir in chocolate chips.

- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 cups flour
- ½ cups cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cups vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
Cupcakes
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar and cocoa power.
- Stir in rest of dry ingredients.
- Add water and mix.
- Fill 2/3 full paper baking cups placed in muffin pan.
- Place 1 teaspoon of filling in middle of each cupcake before baking.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
