Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Serves 4 to 6 people.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. In saucepan melt butter
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Blend in flour, salt and mustard.
  6. Add milk and heat stirring constantly until sauce thickens a little and is smooth.
  7. Add 1 1/2 Cups cheese and heat until melted stirring occasionally.
  8. Meanwhile , cook macaroni as directed, drain.
  9. Combine with sauce in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  10. Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs and paprika.
  11. Bake for about 25 minutes or until nicely browned and bubbly.
