Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 Tablespoons Grey Poupon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Cups of Macaroni
- 1/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- Paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 1/2 Cups Whole Milk
- 2 Cups Fontaine and Cheddar Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 Cup shredded Parmesan Cheese for top
Directions
- Serves 4 to 6 people.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In saucepan melt butter
- Remove from heat.
- Blend in flour, salt and mustard.
- Add milk and heat stirring constantly until sauce thickens a little and is smooth.
- Add 1 1/2 Cups cheese and heat until melted stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile , cook macaroni as directed, drain.
- Combine with sauce in a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs and paprika.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until nicely browned and bubbly.
