Marinade
- 1/3 cup lime juice (3-4 limes)
- 6 TBS Veggie Oil
- 1 ½ tsp brown Sugar
- 1 Jalepeno minced seeds out
- 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 2 TBS chopped Cilantro
- Salt and pepper
- Chicken, Beef, Shrimp
- Onions
- Peppers
Fixings
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Refried Beans
- Tortillas
Directions
- Save 1/4 cup of marinade before adding meat to drizzle on after cooked and right before serving
- Slice up meat, onions and peppers
- Mix together all ingreedients in large ziplock bag
- For Beef and Chicken marinade for a couple hours at least in the fridge
- Sear in large cast iron pan
- In copper pan heat up tortillas until cicles of golden brown
- Chop up fixings and serve in small bowls for people to make their own
