Directions

  1. Save 1/4 cup of marinade before adding meat to drizzle on after cooked and right before serving
  2. Slice up meat, onions and peppers
  3. Mix together all ingreedients in large ziplock bag
  4. For Beef and Chicken marinade for a couple hours at least in the fridge
  5. Sear in large cast iron pan
  6. In copper pan heat up tortillas until cicles of golden brown
  7. Chop up fixings and serve in small bowls for people to make their own
